Payments Policy

• Once we confirm availability, a 25% advance payment is required to secure your booking. Se7en Travels will finalize your reservation upon receipt of the payment proof, which should be sent to info@se7entravels.com.

The 25% advance payment is not applicable to tourism partners, who benefit from special conditions.

• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the start of the tour or program. If the final payment is not received by this deadline, the reservation will be considered canceled, and our cancellation policy will apply.

• For transfers and tours, your booking is confirmed once you receive our official confirmation email.


Pricing

• Prices include VAT at the legal rate and all associated costs for the driver/guide and vehicle used in the tour or program.

• Unless explicitly stated, the following are not included: personal expenses, an exclusive guide (separate from the driver), meals, drinks, accommodation, and tickets for monuments and museums.

• Prices may be subject to updates due to unforeseen costs such as fuel increases, accommodation, meals, or changes requested by the customer.

• Any additional expenses directly related to the customer and complementary to the tour/program must be paid by the customer.


Luggage

• Customers must inform us in advance about the number of luggage items to ensure a suitable vehicle is provided.

• If the booked vehicle is not adequate for the luggage, an additional fee may apply to upgrade the vehicle.


Cancellation Policy

Se7en Travels applies the following cancellation terms:

Cancellations made 8 days or more before arrival – Free of charge

• Cancellations made less than 8 days before arrival – A 25% fee of the booked service will be charged.

No-show or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time – A 100% fee of the booked service will be charged.

Please note: In case of unexpected circumstances, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your tour or program.



Claims


• Customers must use the contact information provided in the website footer to reach Se7en Travels.

• All complaints will receive a direct response from the manager.

• A complaints book is available, as required by Portuguese law.


Refunds

• All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will only be granted in situations directly attributable to Se7en Travels.


Routes


• The routes and locations mentioned in the programs are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as time constraints, weather conditions, customer requests, restricted access to sites, or other unforeseen circumstances.
