Payments Policy
•
After our availability confirmation email, you are required to pay *25% of total cost in advance to secure your booking, Se7en Travels will confirm your booking once you send us the proof of payment by email info@se7entravels.com.
* 25% Not applicable to our tourism partners (special conditions).
• The rest of the payment should be done 30 days prior to the Tour/Program beginning date. If we do not receive this final payment we will consider the reservation as cancelled, and apply our cancelation policy.
• For booking transfers, please consider our confirmation email as your reservation.

Prices
• The charged price includes VAT at the legal rate and all the
expenses for the driver/guide and vehicle used for the
tour / program.
• The following costs are not included, unless explicitly mentioned: personal expenses, exclusive guide (not the driver), meals, drinks, accommodation, tickets for monuments and museums.
• The agreed price can be updated by unexpected costs, like: (fuel increase, accommodation, meals),
unexpected changes to the tour / program or reasons
imputable to the customer.
• Expenses directly related to customers and complementary to
the tour / program are paid directly by the customer.
Luggage
• The customer must inform in advance the number of luggage to hire the suited car.
• If the hired vehicle is not suited for the transport, additional fees
to upgrade the vehicle will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Se7en Travels gives the following treatment to cancellations:
•
If you cancel 8 days or more prior to your arrival, your cancellation will be free of charge.
• Less than 8 days Se7en Travels will charge 25% of the hired service.
•NO-SHOW or 48h before the agreed pick-up time Se7en Travels will charge 100% of the hired service.
Please Note: In case of unexpected reasons, we will gladly work with you to try to reschedule the tour/program.
Claims
• The customer must use the contacts on the website footer to contact
Se7en Travels.
• All complaints have a direct response from the manager.
• There is a complaints book available, mandatory by the portuguese law.
Refunds
• All requests for reimbursement by the customer will be analysed
in a case by case basis and granted only in situations directly
attributable to Se7en travels.
Routes
• The routes and locations mentioned in the programs may be
subject to alteration without notice in accordance with the
following conditions: time available, weather conditions,
customer requests, lack of access to sites or other unforeseen
factors.
